Situated on the edge of Lake Geneva, Publier enjoys a privileged location with a unique position between the lake and mountains. Publier’s location makes it great holiday destination both in the summer and winter.
The town has direct access to the largest French coast of Lake Geneva, which is perfect for summer bathing, places to walk and discovering nature.
When visiting Publier you should do the Coteau loops path. It is a family walk from 1 to 3 hours 30 minutes allowing you to discover the town. The route is completely signposted, and maps are available at the Tourist Office.
You can also visit the nature reserve of the Dranse Delta. The reserve covers the mouth of the Dranse on 45 hectares since January 1980.
Due to Evain being right on the shores of Lake Geneva, you can spend the summer days on the beaches here, enjoying the sunshine. You can go swimming in the clear still water of the lake or also hire some kayaks and go exploring.
