In Notre Dame de Bellecombe, the main attraction is obviously the ski slopes, but this doesn’t mean that’s all you can do. Here you can go hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, sled on rails, paragliding, or snowshoeing. All these activities will make for a unique experience and allow you to get places you cannot on skis.
While Notre Dame typically appeals to skiers of all ages, it is ideal for families. The low-key resort has all the facilities needed for a relaxing winter break. It is the perfect resort for beginners and intermediates, as more than half of the slopes in the Espace Diamant area are either green or blue, and it also has off-piste terrain for more experienced skiers.
There are also some excellent runs ranging from tree-lined runs to open bowls between altitudes of 1,150 m and 2,069 m.
Notre Dame de Bellecombe has a snowy microclimate and plenty of snow cannons, making it a snow sure resort.
