There is also the Villa Kerylos, built by Emmanuel Pontremoli in the early twentieth century on request of Theodore Reinach. On its rocky promontory, it overlooks the Mediterranean and offers to visitors a style modeled on the villas of Ancient Greece. A listed building, it is full of frescoes depicting Greek mythology and other artistic splendor. Note especially the peristyle, a courtyard surrounded by white marble columns and frescoes inspired by Attic vases.
