La Folie Douce has opened a new ski bar and restaurant in Les Arcs 1800, bringing its legendary après-ski party vibes that’ll make you want to dance on the table!
Located at the top of the Villards gondola, it’s accessible both by skiers and pedestrians.
La Folie Douce means “sweet folly” in French, and they’ve been known to attract and unite people of different generations across the world with their local cuisines and great music.
It only seems right to mention that Les Arcs 1800 is located in Paradiski – one of France’s largest ski regions. As well as this, the opening hours at La Folie Douce (Les Arcs 1800) are longer than any other venue at the resort.
The schedule for La Folie Douce looks like this: From 2 pm, the après-ski party starts with a breathtaking open-air show featuring aerial performances, live music and professional dancers which fills the surrounding mountains with sound and color. From 3 to 5 pm the DJ sets play the latest electronic music. The party lasts until 7pm daily and every Thursday there are special late opening hours.

La Fruitiere – enjoy the local cuisine surrounded by traditional ski-lodge decor.
La Petite Cuisine – a trendy self-service restaurant with a large menu of quality cuisine.
Le Butcher – a speedy snack bar for those that don’t want to lose a minute away from the mountains!
La Folie Douce in Les Arcs 1800, has been designed with an eco-responsible approach using only local materials to build the bar, the local produce is used at the restaurants, and the best recycling methods are used, including carton compactors and glass grinders.
